Block is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead complex lifecycle initiatives for Cash App. You'll focus on customer engagement and retention strategies. This role requires experience in marketing and data-driven decision-making.
You have a strong background in marketing, particularly in lifecycle management, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have experience in analyzing customer behavior to inform marketing strategies. You are comfortable working independently and can lead complex initiatives with minimal oversight. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to create impactful marketing campaigns. You are passionate about building personalized relationships with customers and have a knack for creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to changing priorities, always keeping the customer experience at the forefront of your efforts.
In this role, you will independently lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive customer adoption and engagement for Cash App. You will develop and implement strategies that support the growth of Cash App’s Families and Teen engagement programs, focusing on sponsorship, activation, and graduation journeys. You will collaborate with various teams to scale the systems and playbooks that power our growth engine, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform your strategies, continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance. You will also be responsible for creating and managing marketing content that speaks to our customers' needs and preferences, ensuring that all communications are consistent with Cash App’s brand voice. Your role will involve monitoring key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of Cash App’s marketing efforts, contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
