What you'll do

In this role, you will fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production targets, ensuring that all necessary metrics are consistently met. You will conduct root cause analyses to identify challenges affecting throughput and efficiency, developing actionable plans in collaboration with site leadership. Weekly performance reviews with senior leadership will be a key responsibility, where you will report on site performance against targets and discuss challenges and countermeasures. You will guide daily huddles with site managers to set priorities and establish the day's tone. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in executing Continuous Improvement projects, implementing process changes, and training staff on new procedures.
