Lyft is seeking an Operations Associate for their Livery & Black Car team to manage relationships with fleet partners and support owner-operators. This role is essential for driving growth in Lyft's premium offerings.
You are a quick and hardworking individual eager to learn and grow within the Livery & Black Car Operations team at Lyft. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about enhancing the experience of both drivers and riders. Your ability to manage relationships and solve problems will be key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of data-driven insights and are committed to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
Experience in operations or fleet management is a plus, as is familiarity with the rideshare ecosystem. You are adaptable and can handle the challenges that come with managing relationships in a fast-paced environment. A background in customer service or support roles will help you excel in this position.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end livery fleet onboarding process across multiple markets or for large fleets. You will facilitate the recruitment of new supply by sourcing leads and conducting outreach to onboard new fleet partners. Managing day-to-day relationships with fleet partners will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you will serve as their primary point of contact. You will support initiatives for owner-operators, ensuring their success on the Lyft platform and enhancing the overall experience for the livery driver community. Additionally, you will ensure fleet compliance with regulatory requirements in various markets, contributing to the growth of Lyft's Black & Black SUV segments.
