Doctolib is seeking a Marketing Lead to define and execute the marketing strategy for their solutions in the Netherlands. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to drive adoption and usage of Doctolib's offerings. This role requires strong marketing foundations and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors — your experience includes defining and executing marketing strategies that resonate with local markets. You understand how to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively, ensuring that potential users grasp the benefits of your solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. You are hands-on and detail-oriented, capable of building marketing foundations from the ground up, including messaging, content, and processes. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics. You are passionate about improving healthcare and are motivated by the impact your work can have on professionals in the field.
Experience in launching new products or services in a competitive market would be a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will help you measure success and optimize campaigns effectively. A background in healthcare marketing or an understanding of the healthcare ecosystem can provide valuable insights as you navigate this role.
