What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, focusing on creating personalized and scalable student engagement solutions. You will be responsible for designing intelligent agent systems tailored for enrollment and student support, ensuring that they are user-friendly and effective.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including Salesforce and our SI partner, to drive the end-to-end delivery of employee agent experiences. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation of key features such as Voice, Live Agent, and AI-powered automation, ensuring that they align with our mission to enhance the learner journey.

You will also be tasked with translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, guiding your team through the development process while maintaining a focus on quality and performance. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
