What you'll do

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize the internal developer platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for software engineers at Adyen. You will focus on improving CI/CD systems, enhancing testing frameworks, and implementing observability tools that facilitate better monitoring and debugging of applications. Your work will involve collaborating with various engineering teams to identify pain points and develop solutions that streamline their workflows.

You will lead cross-team projects aimed at enhancing the developer experience, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of the software development process, allowing teams to deliver high-quality products faster. You will also have the opportunity to evolve existing tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the changing needs of the engineering teams.
