Tekion is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage key dealership accounts and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the Tekion platform.
You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally within the automotive industry. You understand the unique challenges faced by dealerships and are skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. You thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with the Tekion platform.
You are passionate about technology and innovation, particularly in the automotive sector. You have a knack for understanding complex systems and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy tackling challenges head-on to drive customer satisfaction.
You are a proactive advocate for your customers, always looking for ways to enhance their experience and engagement with the Tekion platform. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on customer success.
Experience with CRM systems and customer engagement strategies is a plus. Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and big data technologies will help you excel in this role. As a Customer Success Manager at Tekion, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealership accounts. Your role will also involve training and onboarding new customers, ensuring they have a smooth transition to the Tekion platform. You will create and deliver training materials, host webinars, and provide ongoing support to help customers maximize their investment in our solutions.
