You have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program management. Your background includes experience in capacity planning and mechanical and electrical engineering, which equips you to tackle the challenges of data center infrastructure. You possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects effectively. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You approach problems with a data-driven investigative mindset, ensuring that solutions are comprehensive and effective. You understand the importance of space and power management in data center environments, and you are familiar with Google's Network Architecture Standards.

What you'll do

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules. Your role will involve developing reporting and metrics related to data center infrastructure capacity planning, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with organizational goals.
