What you'll do

During your internship at Berkadia, you will engage in various tasks that will enhance your understanding of the commercial real estate sector. You will conduct research on software and services, focusing on understanding user needs and exploring alternative solutions. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you respond to requests for financial analysis, including foundational market sizing and industry trend analysis. You will also assist in managing specific projects, facilitating focus groups, and synthesizing insights to develop presentation materials such as slides and Excel models. Additionally, you will help track project execution by interacting with stakeholders to generate progress updates and participate in cross-functional project tracking and risk analysis. Your contributions will support reporting efforts by providing progress reports to various teams, including Innovation, Corporate Accounting, and Production.
