Principal AI Engineer (Autonomous Agent)

You have a Master's degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence and extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions. You are proficient in frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen, which you have used to create innovative AI workflows. What you'll do

As a Principal AI Engineer at PointClickCare, you will lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance healthcare delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into our platform, ensuring that they meet the needs of over 30,000 provider organizations.

Your role will involve developing LLM agent workflows that leverage our extensive healthcare dataset. You will be responsible for ensuring that these workflows are efficient, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your expertise in AI and security practices. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver impactful solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
