You are a detail-oriented and energetic individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. With a passion for providing excellent service, you understand the importance of projecting a professional company image through various communication channels. You are adept at recognizing and documenting trends in customer interactions, ensuring that you can alert supervisors to any issues that may arise. Your research skills allow you to verify organization contact details online, ensuring that you provide accurate information to customers. You are comfortable handling pre-sales and customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to analyze validation test data to determine whether systems or processes have met validation criteria. You are proactive in identifying root causes of production problems, showcasing your problem-solving abilities. Your organizational skills allow you to coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

Desirable

While not required, experience in a customer service role or familiarity with validation processes would be beneficial. A background in technology or software would also be advantageous, as it would help you understand the products and services offered by DigiCert more thoroughly.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Specialist at DigiCert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our internal and customer-facing validation products. This includes executing validation scripts and reviewing completed test results to package them into a Transferable validation product. You will project a professional company image through your interactions with customers via phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve recognizing, documenting, and alerting supervisors of trends in customer calls, allowing for timely responses to any emerging issues.

You will research customer organizations and verify their contact details online, ensuring that you provide accurate and helpful information. Answering pre-sales and customer inquiries will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will assist customers in understanding our products and services. Analyzing validation test data will be crucial in determining whether systems or processes have met validation criteria, and you will work to identify root causes of any production problems that arise.

You will coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to maintain the quality of our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in this role, as you work to uphold the high standards that DigiCert is known for.

What we offer

DigiCert offers a full-time hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage of $19.23 plus a 5% annual bonus.
