As a Customer Service Specialist at DigiCert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our internal and customer-facing validation products. This includes executing validation scripts and reviewing completed test results to package them into a Transferable validation product. You will project a professional company image through your interactions with customers via phone, chat, and email. Your role will involve recognizing, documenting, and alerting supervisors of trends in customer calls, allowing for timely responses to any emerging issues.
You will research customer organizations and verify their contact details online, ensuring that you provide accurate and helpful information. Answering pre-sales and customer inquiries will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will assist customers in understanding our products and services. Analyzing validation test data will be crucial in determining whether systems or processes have met validation criteria, and you will work to identify root causes of any production problems that arise.
You will coordinate the implementation or scheduling of validation testing with affected departments and personnel, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to maintain the quality of our products. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in this role, as you work to uphold the high standards that DigiCert is known for.
DigiCert offers a full-time hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You will work 40 hours per week, with a competitive hourly wage of $19.23 plus a 5% annual bonus.
