Network Engineer (Starlink Community Gateway)

Experience with Starlink technology or similar high-speed internet solutions is a plus. Familiarity with customer support processes and pre-sales technical support will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

As a Network Engineer on the Starlink Community Gateway team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying key product features that unlock new use cases for global connectivity. You will work directly with Community Gateway hardware and customers to improve performance and reliability, resolving technical issues as they arise. Your role will involve providing pre-sales support to sales teams, acting as the technical subject matter expert and engineering representative during customer interactions and proposal reviews. You will develop processes and guides to streamline customer integration with the Starlink network and equipment, ensuring a smooth activation of new installations from initial connectivity.

You will collaborate closely with hardware, software, network, and business operations teams to define and implement product requirements and capabilities that address Community Gateway customer needs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Starlink Community Gateway initiative, helping to bring high-speed internet access to the most remote places on Earth.
