What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Platform Data Services team, you will lead the development of Tenable's flagship Exposure Management platform. You will oversee the ingestion and processing of massive volumes of asset and finding data, ensuring that the architecture supports real-time analytics and reporting. You will work closely with product management and other engineering teams to define the technical roadmap and prioritize initiatives that drive product innovation. Your role will involve hands-on coding and architecture design, as well as mentoring team members to help them grow in their careers.

You will be responsible for establishing best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes. You will also play a key role in recruiting and building a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of distributed systems and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
