You have 5+ years of experience in UX design, particularly in complex product environments — you've successfully led multiple concurrent projects and understand the intricacies of user-centered design. Your expertise in visual design is complemented by a strong ability to deliver structured solutions that meet product requirements and align with broader business strategies.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with UX leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs not only meet user needs but also drive business objectives. You are confident in owning the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring visual excellence in every initiative you undertake.
Your strong application of UX principles allows you to create elegant and scalable application experiences. You are adept at conducting user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements. You understand the importance of balancing user needs with technical constraints and business goals.
You are familiar with design tools such as Figma, which you use to create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that highlight your ability to solve complex design challenges and create intuitive user interfaces.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and component libraries. You are open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of UX design.
As a Senior UX Designer at SugarCRM, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our CRM software. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
You will lead the design process for multiple projects, ensuring that each design aligns with the overall product strategy and meets the needs of our users. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, as well as conducting user testing to validate your design decisions.
You will also be responsible for maintaining design consistency across our applications by contributing to our design system and ensuring that all designs adhere to established guidelines. Your ability to communicate design concepts effectively will be crucial in gaining buy-in from stakeholders and ensuring that your designs are implemented as intended.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team. You will be encouraged to share your insights and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
