Appian is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and optimize sales productivity in the Asia Pacific region. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align execution with business strategy. This role requires strong operational expertise and strategic thinking.
You have a strong background in sales operations, ideally with experience in managing regional field operations. You understand the intricacies of Go-To-Market strategies and have a proven track record of optimizing sales processes to drive growth. Your analytical skills enable you to design and implement effective sales performance metrics and dashboards that support executive decision-making. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with sales leadership, finance, and marketing to align business strategies with operational execution. You are results-driven and hold yourself accountable to high standards, ensuring that every initiative contributes to sustainable growth.
Experience in the Asia Pacific market is a plus, as is familiarity with sales productivity tools and analytics platforms. You are comfortable leading strategic planning processes and have a knack for territory planning and segmentation. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will help you drive operational excellence across the organization.
In this role, you will act as the primary Field Sales Operations manager supporting the APAC sales organization. You will partner with sales and cross-functional leadership to design and implement Go-To-Market strategies that align with company objectives. Leading strategic planning processes for territories, segmentation, account assignments, and sales capacity modeling will be key responsibilities. You will collaborate with sales operations teams to design and refine sales performance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs that support executive decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as a thought leader on global initiatives, driving operational excellence and optimizing sales processes and infrastructure.
