HubSpot is hiring a Mid-Level Account Executive for Small Business in the Nordics & Benelux to drive outbound sales and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You'll leverage your sales skills to close new business and nurture relationships with small businesses. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
You have at least 1 year of experience in sales, ideally in an outbound selling environment, where you've successfully closed deals and built strong relationships with clients. You understand the challenges small businesses face and are passionate about helping them grow through effective solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to run engaging online demos and articulate the value of HubSpot's offerings clearly. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies and adapt to new product features. You are based in Ireland and are comfortable working remotely, ensuring you can manage your time effectively while achieving your sales targets.
Experience with HubSpot software is a plus, as it will enable you to demonstrate its capabilities effectively during client interactions. Familiarity with the small business landscape in the Nordics and Benelux regions will also be beneficial, helping you tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of these markets. A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn about new features and products will set you apart in this role.
