Job Description

The Supply Planning Manager works as a member of eero’s Supply Chain team and is responsible for all internal and external activities related to supply planning from production forecasts to finished good delivery and customer commitments. To succeed in this role, you need to be data driven, business oriented, cost conscious, and customer-centric. The Supply Planning Manager is a highly visible role within the organization that has direct impact on our customers and eero’s financial success. Our ideal candidate loves data and building models that are flexible, scalable and precise. You are a problem solver that can drive decisions amongst ambiguity that balance customer needs with operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate weekly CTB production meetings with global manufacturing partners
- Publish weekly FPS to Asia CMs and Global FCs using the capacity plan, material constraints, and demand as inputs
- Own the build approval process and ensure plan accuracy through cross functional alignment and pro-active decision-making by all stakeholders.
- Manage global inventory to meet revenue plans and customer commitments while achieving inventory targets, freight budgets, and minimizing finished good liability.
- Lead weekly customer allocation meetings by analyzing demand changes to ensure supply aligns with demand requirements and recommend demand steering strategies to maintain global instock
- Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any short or long term gaps in supply plans.
- Ensure smooth NPI and EOL product transitions including first and last time buy recommendations to minimize E&O
- Responsible for short/long-term planning to drive manufacturing investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the planning process and drive projects to completion.
- Clearly communicate supply and demand strategies to senior/executive stakeholders.- 3+ years of with Excel experience
- 4+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience- Knowledge of the principles of statistical inventory control
- Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $71,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $153,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
