What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Appian, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their unique objectives through the effective use of our software platform. You will engage with customers to understand their business goals and guide them in leveraging Appian’s capabilities, including AI and robotic automation, to transform their operations. You will monitor progress against key customer outcomes and proactively identify any risks that may hinder success.
