Overview

Loopio Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee marketing automation and performance measurement. You'll work with various teams to optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage the marketing technology stack.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing operations, with at least 5 years of experience managing marketing technology stacks and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. You blend strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise, ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver measurable results. Your experience includes working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data governance practices. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Product, to drive alignment and achieve business goals. You have a keen understanding of marketing KPIs and can develop frameworks that track engagement and conversion effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing processes to reduce manual work and enhance automation.

Desirable

Experience with ABM tools and data orchestration is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools that help measure campaign performance. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of successfully implementing changes that enhance marketing effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the marketing technology stack, driving consolidation, integrations, and optimization of tools to ensure they scale with growth. You will build and optimize automated workflows, nurture programs, and lifecycle tracks to enhance customer engagement. Managing email deliverability and compliance will be key responsibilities, as you ensure that communications reach the intended audience effectively. You will partner with marketing leaders to operationalize go-to-market campaigns, ensuring that all aspects of the marketing funnel are aligned and functioning smoothly. Your role will involve developing and socializing marketing KPI frameworks, allowing the team to measure success and make data-driven decisions. You will also oversee data synchronization and integration integrity between systems, ensuring that all marketing efforts are supported by accurate and timely data.
