What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Sensor Intelligence, you will lead a team of embedded machine learning engineers in developing scalable algorithms for WHOOP's wearable devices. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, optimization, and maintenance of machine learning algorithms that process physiological signals in real-time. You will work closely with your team to ensure that the algorithms are efficient and reliable, capable of delivering insights that empower users to enhance their performance and healthspan.

You will set the technical direction for your team, driving execution on projects that align with WHOOP's mission. This includes defining project goals, timelines, and deliverables, as well as ensuring that the team has the resources and support needed to succeed.
