Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant for the Alexa Devices organization to support two Directors in a fast-paced environment. You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements, ensuring that all appointments are prioritized effectively. You understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information and stakeholders. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to handle time-sensitive tasks with ease. You thrive in collaborative settings, building positive relationships within your team and across departments. You are proactive in driving key team activities and ensuring that deliverables are met on time.
In this role, you will support two Directors in the Alexa Subscriptions Growth team and Alexa Engagement teams. You will manage multiple complex calendars, ensuring that all scheduling needs are met efficiently. You will track and help drive the completion of key deliverables, following up regularly to keep the business moving forward. Organizing and prioritizing time-sensitive, confidential information will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that actions required are addressed promptly. You will act as a liaison for direct reports, facilitating communication and collaboration within the team. Additionally, you will drive key team activities, such as staff meeting agendas and morale events, to foster a positive team environment. Travel coordination will also be part of your duties, as you manage both domestic and international travel arrangements for the Directors.
