You have a solid background in compliance and workforce management, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be partnering closely with other People functions to streamline communication and documentation. As a Workforce Compliance Specialist at Roku, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our People Shared Services team operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to our global operations. You will collaborate with various teams, including Talent Operations, Onboarding, and Payroll, to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will also assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to compliance processes, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
In addition, you will analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights that will help shape our compliance strategy. Your role will involve staying informed about changes in regulations and industry standards, ensuring that Roku remains at the forefront of compliance best practices.
