ShipMonk is hiring a People & Culture Admin to support HR operations and ensure smooth communication within the organization. This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and focuses on administrative tasks related to employee support and HR protocols.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive role within a dynamic environment. You have a strong understanding of HR protocols and are comfortable managing various administrative tasks. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to effectively sort and direct incoming mail and notifications to the appropriate departments. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, sending, and directing incoming mail to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring that communication flows smoothly within the organization. You will follow established HR protocols to assist in various administrative tasks that support the People & Culture team. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you manage notifications and ensure that all HR-related communications are handled efficiently. You will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming environment for employees, contributing to the overall culture at ShipMonk.
