Who you are

You have a strong background in cloud architecture, with a focus on designing secure and scalable multi-cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. Your experience includes leading architecture from concept to production, ensuring that solutions are innovative, reliable, and cost-efficient. You possess deep knowledge of cloud services and are proficient in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash. You are familiar with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation, and you understand the importance of implementing networking and security standards in cloud environments.

You have experience optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency, and you are skilled in using monitoring tools such as CloudWatch and Azure Monitor. Your problem-solving skills are strong, and you communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to deliver enterprise-wide solutions. You may hold certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Architect, which further validate your expertise in the field.

Desirable

Experience with additional networking tools and services, such as VPC, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute, is a plus. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools will enhance your ability to streamline operations and improve deployment processes.

What you'll do

As a Cloud Architect at NICE, you will design and deploy AWS and Azure infrastructure using infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, ARM, and Bicep. You will implement networking solutions, including VPC, Direct Connect, and ExpressRoute, while also managing DNS configurations with Route 53. Your role will involve optimizing cloud resources for performance, security, and cost efficiency, ensuring that the architecture adheres to the highest standards of reliability and security.

You will lead the adoption of security controls and standards, utilizing tools such as AWS WAF, Shield, and GuardDuty to protect cloud environments. Automating operations will be a key focus, and you will leverage AWS Systems Manager (SSM) and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Creating architecture diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation for cloud and network designs will be part of your responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet enterprise needs, driving innovation and ensuring that projects are executed beyond expectations.
