Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Parts Associate to manage inventory and source automotive parts. This role requires at least 6 months of automotive parts experience and offers competitive benefits.
You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you are detail-oriented and capable of managing complex automotive parts inventory. You possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with dealers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations in sourcing and ordering parts. You are also adept at managing parts returns and general inventory, demonstrating your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with automotive parts management systems or tools would be a plus, as well as familiarity with the automotive industry. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet operational needs. You will manage parts returns and oversee general inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes. Communication is key, as you will interact with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts. Additionally, you will handle the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, contributing to the financial accuracy of the department. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, enhancing your skills and efficiency.
