Flex is seeking a Performance Creative Producer to drive high-performing creative strategies across paid channels. You'll collaborate with designers and agencies to optimize performance based on data-driven insights. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills.
You have a strong background in performance marketing, ideally with experience in creative production. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with designers, agencies, and creators to develop high-performing assets. Your analytical mindset allows you to turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies that enhance creative performance. You are comfortable experimenting and iterating on creative concepts to find what resonates best with audiences. You understand the importance of brand compliance and are skilled at ensuring all assets align with brand guidelines while optimizing for performance. You enjoy structured processes and are energized by uncovering the creative drivers behind growth. You are motivated by the opportunity to empower renters through innovative solutions in the FinTech space.
In this role, you will own the full performance creative pipeline, from analyzing results to identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously raise the bar on creative output. Your responsibilities will include developing creative strategies that align with marketing goals, optimizing assets for various paid channels, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. You will analyze performance metrics to inform creative decisions and drive improvements. You will also be involved in brainstorming sessions with designers and agencies to generate innovative ideas that capture audience attention. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to ensure Flex remains competitive in the market. You will be expected to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of your creative strategies on overall marketing performance.
