You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining data platforms that support critical business functions. You are skilled in problem-solving and can deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight, demonstrating a high level of ownership in your work. Your customer-centric mindset allows you to collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and customers to resolve ambiguities and ship impactful features. You thrive in a team environment, partnering with engineering, product, design, and other stakeholders to design and architect new features that enhance the data platform's capabilities.
Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to the organization.
