You'll work with CMMS and collaborate with facility management to ensure effective execution of maintenance work. This role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of program management experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 1 year of program management experience. Your background includes experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, and you are familiar with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). You possess knowledge of facility electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, which will aid you in developing long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts. Your communication skills allow you to effectively engage with internal customers and external parties, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly. You understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all stakeholders involved.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will coordinate with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, and engage the proper resources to create a safe, effective, and efficient work control plan. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, and program manager schedules. Your role will involve managing the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level, which is crucial for the daily operation of our data centers.

At Google, you will be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our data center operations. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe in the potential of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Join us in creating opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe.
