What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will bridge the gap between clients and the expertise they seek. Your daily tasks will involve recruiting experts that match client projects, conducting screening calls, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for understanding the background of projects and the applicable laws and regulations quickly. You will take ownership of all aspects of the project, from initiating and managing client-expert interactions to meticulously scheduling interviews. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that clients have access to the knowledge they need to make informed business decisions.
