Your experience includes working in fast-paced environments where you have successfully filled high-level positions. You understand the nuances of recruiting for leadership roles and are adept at building relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike. You are driven by results and have a passion for finding the right fit for both the organization and the candidates. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with a diverse team of recruiting experts.
Experience in the e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with global recruiting practices. You have a network of contacts in the leadership space and are comfortable leveraging it to find the best candidates. You are also skilled in using various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance your sourcing strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for executive-level positions within Coupang.
