Job Description

Want to build technology products that drive Amazon's global success while improving life for millions? Join Workforce Solution – High Volume Hiring team as a Sr. Product Manager to revolutionize how we support our global workforce. You'll own the vision and strategy for an early-stage product, define roadmaps, and deliver clear requirements for Designers and Engineers. Drive product development from design through release, own the product lifecycle, and define success metrics. In our dynamic organization, you'll tackle ambiguity collaboratively while working directly with executive leadership to help make Earth's most customer-centric company equally employee-centric.

Key job responsibilities
Product management at Amazon requires cross-functional leadership. As a portfolio owner, you will make data-driven product decisions and collaborate with business teams, leaders, and dedicated User Experience (UX) design and engineering teams. In our agile environment, you will:
• Launch new features and customer experiences
• Track key performance metrics
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders
• Maintain product quality standards
• Drive project execution from concept to completion


A day in the life
o Sprint planning, roadmap planning, backlog grooming, UX reviews, product status updates
o Product deep dive/OP/planning/demos
o Customer site visits/interviews


About the team
High Volume Hiring (HVH) team develops enterprise-grade solutions to address Amazon's global Talent Acquisition challenges, focused on shift-based workforce recruitment. Our mission centers on connecting top talent with optimal career opportunities through a streamlined, equitable experience that facilitates data-driven hiring decisions- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
