Radformation is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale their Revenue Operations function. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient systems and processes that support sustainable growth. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise.
You are an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in Revenue Operations, ideally with 5+ years in a similar role. You have a strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and billing systems, and you excel at aligning cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers your team to excel in their roles. You are data-driven and understand the importance of leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive operational efficiency.
Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with software solutions that enhance operational workflows. You are comfortable working in a fully remote environment and have experience managing remote teams effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
