Our SAP team is part of the global Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) organisation. We build systems that support customer ordering, fulfilment and service of Apple products. We work with multiple business functions including Retail, Operations, Finance and AppleCare. Apple is seeking a senior SAP Support Analyst to join our global SAP Support team, providing comprehensive production support across Apple's complex enterprise landscape. This role encompasses Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Manufacturing processes and Retail operations. This person would be a key regional IS&T representative for our business partners in EMEA. They would possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a global support team, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. The successful candidate will work closely across business and technical teams delivering sophisticated projects in Apple’s fast paced environment.
