You have a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years old, with a willingness to assist the Operations team in preparing homes for guest check-in and check-out. You understand the importance of teamwork and are ready to support your colleagues in delivering exceptional experiences to guests. You are adaptable and ready to tackle unexpected challenges that may arise during your day.

Desirable

While not required, having experience in maintenance or hospitality can be beneficial. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, contributing positively to the team culture and operations.

What you'll do

As a Runner at Vacasa, you will play a crucial role in supporting the local Operations team. Your day will involve traveling between units to deliver supplies to housekeepers and maintenance teams, ensuring that everything is in place for guest arrivals. You will assist with light maintenance tasks, helping to keep the properties in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will also include removing trash from homes and ordering supplies as needed. Each day will be different, and you will need to be prepared for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall guest experience.

What we offer

Vacasa offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $20, with actual pay varying based on your skills and experience. For eligible employees, there is a car allowance of up to $150 per month.
