Tennr is seeking a Documentation & Criteria Reviewer to enhance the efficiency of referral processes in the specialty pharmacy and infusions therapy space. This role involves reviewing clinical documentation and ensuring alignment with payer standards.
You have experience in front-end intake, operations compliance, authorizations submission, clinical review, or audit/appeals review within the specialty pharmaceutical or infusions therapy space. You are detail-oriented and hands-on, with a focus on reviewing clinical documentation and assessing authorization outcomes. Your knowledge of payer authorization and medical necessity criteria will be invaluable in this role. You are looking to apply your expertise in a meaningful way to help reduce patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by specialists and medical services in managing referrals.
