In this role, you will lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform the design of Waymo's Rider Experience. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. Your work will directly impact the development of intuitive and accessible features for Waymo's autonomous ride-hail service. You will also be responsible for presenting research findings to stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design principles throughout the organization. As part of a highly multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the overall design strategy and help shape the future of mobility.
Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
