Fireblocks is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive sales growth in South America. You'll collaborate with sales leadership to create and implement marketing strategies, utilizing both online and offline tactics. This role requires experience in crypto, tech, and finance marketing.

Who you are

You have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the crypto, tech, and finance sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand complex markets and develop effective strategies. You are fluent in Spanish, which allows you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across South America. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities. Your analytical skills enable you to report on marketing activities and assess their return on investment, ensuring that your strategies are data-driven and effective.

You are adept at both online and offline marketing tactics — whether it's planning virtual events or executing in-person gatherings, you know how to create engaging experiences that resonate with your target audience. Your knowledge of the region's regulations and key players gives you an edge in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. You are passionate about leveraging the blockchain and digital assets to drive business success, and you are committed to contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What you'll do

Your ability to lead the strategy development and execution of customized virtual and in-person events will be crucial in driving engagement and building relationships with potential clients.
