JumpCloud is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to support the sales organization by managing renewals and handling the deal closing process. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work closely with sales and account management teams.

Who you are

You have experience in sales operations or a related field, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, which enable you to handle complex quotes and the deal closing process efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and account management teams to ensure timely renewals and successful deal closures. You are adaptable and willing to take on various sales-related responsibilities as needed, showcasing your commitment to the team's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the growth and success of JumpCloud's sales organization. You will be responsible for creating both basic and complex quotes, ensuring that all renewals are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. You will manage closed/won opportunities in our CRM, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth transitions for the sales team. Your ability to multitask will be essential as you navigate various sales-related responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process. You will collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices that enhance the sales workflow.
