You have a strong background in technical solutions and customer engagement, ideally with experience in data platforms. You understand the complexities of customer needs and can effectively communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders. Your ability to build executive relationships and orchestrate teams is key to driving growth and success for your customers. You are comfortable in a hybrid role that combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring that customers maximize their investment in the Databricks platform.
Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and familiarity with big data tools like Apache Spark will set you apart. You have a proven track record of engaging with customers post-sale, guiding them through technical challenges, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
In this role, you will engage with Solutions Architects to understand the demand plan for prioritized customers. You will lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for using the Databricks platform. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers. You will also be responsible for tracking customer usage and identifying opportunities for further adoption of Databricks solutions.
