Dandy is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to enhance their SMB strategy by refining positioning and sales tactics for U.S. dental practices. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and effective communication skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the technology or healthcare sectors, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective positioning and sales enablement strategies. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to dissect sales calls and competitive data to derive actionable insights. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively enables you to craft compelling narratives that resonate with both internal teams and external stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You are passionate about understanding customer journeys and translating that knowledge into impactful marketing initiatives. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will design and implement a repeatable sales burndown framework that analyzes win/loss data by competitor and product, enabling sales representatives to improve their success rates. You will regularly listen to and analyze sales calls, identifying recurring themes and objections that can be addressed through refined messaging and collateral. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective talk tracks and competitive narratives that enhance their ability to close deals. Additionally, you will work closely with product management to ensure that marketing strategies align with product offerings and customer needs. Your insights will directly influence the development of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at small to medium dental practices across the U.S. You will also track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies and adjustments.
