It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct, costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We’re looking for a Staff AI Engineer to help define and build the next generation of AI-powered systems at the core of our platform. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role—architecting scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with LLMs and modern development tools.

What You’ll Do

✨ Architect and deliver production-ready AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
👩‍🏫 Lead by example—mentor engineers while staying deeply technical and hands-on
📗 Design scalable infrastructure for AI-driven applications
🔄 Develop and optimize APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
📊 Collaborate with product and research teams to turn ideas into real-world impact

What You Bring

🌱 Proven experience delivering high-quality software and meaningful AI/LLM-driven products
👷 Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development frameworks
🚀 Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI systems in production
💡 Strong background in API design and backend development (Python/Django/Flask a plus)
🛠️ A track record of technical leadership and driving complex initiatives end-to-end
🤖 Experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
