Contentful is hiring a Senior People Operations Analyst to enhance core People Ops processes and ensure a seamless employee experience. You'll work with Workday and collaborate across global teams. This role requires experience in People Operations within a shared services model.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in People Operations, particularly within a global or international team, and understand the complexities of managing HR processes across multiple locations. Your background includes working in an HR shared services model, where you've successfully partnered cross-functionally to automate processes and reduce administrative tasks. You are adept at handling complex People topics and have a strong focus on improving the employee experience at every stage of their journey.

You possess a deep understanding of People Ops processes, including global onboarding and offboarding, compliance operations, and documentation management. Your operational expertise in Workday allows you to drive automation and process improvements effectively. You are also comfortable coordinating with external partners to ensure compliance and data accuracy, showcasing your ability to manage relationships and navigate complex systems.

In addition to your technical skills, you have a knack for mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, sharing best practices, and reviewing work on complex cases. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to continuous improvement in People Ops documentation and employee-facing content.

Desirable

Experience with additional HR technologies or tools would be a plus, as would familiarity with data analytics in People Operations. You are someone who enjoys staying updated on industry trends and best practices, always looking for ways to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As a Senior People Operations Analyst at Contentful, you will act as the first point of contact for complex People topics globally, addressing inquiries related to policies, processes, systems, and employment documentation. You will own and optimize end-to-end People Ops processes, ensuring they are efficient and user-friendly. Your role will involve maintaining and continuously improving People Ops documentation and employee-facing content, making it accessible and helpful for all employees.

You will collaborate closely with People Tech and other teams to drive automation and process improvements, ensuring that the People Ops function operates smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with external partners, such as EOR vendors and background-check providers, to ensure that all data and processes are accurate and compliant with regulations.

In addition to these tasks, you will lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at reducing manual effort and improving data quality. Your guidance and informal mentoring will be invaluable to junior People Ops colleagues, as you review their work on complex cases and share best practices to foster a culture of learning and development.
