Overview

Teya is seeking an Inside Sales Agent to engage with gastro entrepreneurs over the phone and email. You'll help clients understand how Storyous can improve their operations. This role is ideal for communicative individuals with a passion for customer service.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a communicative and energetic individual who enjoys talking to people and is not afraid of using the phone. You may have experience working in a bar, restaurant, café, or any customer-facing role, but this is not a requirement. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your ability to work well in a team. You are open, friendly, and eager to help others, especially those in the gastro industry. You are looking for a new beginning or a change in your career and are excited about the opportunity to grow.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate with clients primarily through phone calls and emails, connecting with potential clients who have already shown interest in our services through marketing campaigns. You will assist existing clients in expanding their services, which may include upselling additional features. Your responsibilities will also include scheduling meetings for field colleagues and explaining how Storyous can help gastro businesses operate more efficiently. You will work in an office environment, collaborating with your team and learning everything you need to succeed in this position without the pressure of aggressive sales tactics or cold calling.

What we offer

You will receive a fixed salary along with a variable component based on your performance. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable work-life balance.
