Technical Program Manager, Cloud ML and Compute Services

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in program management.
  
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  
• Familiarity with Network, Compute and Storage at scale.
• Knowledge of Software development processes and Scrum.
• Understanding of data center terminology and operations.
• Ability to grow in ambiguous situations, establish structure, and lead programs.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead development and landing of next-gen AI Infra products from concept to production.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational priorities and customer needs.
• Manage escalations and critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
• Ensure that new feature requests and supportability actions are seamlessly integrated into the product/feature roadmaps and milestones and engineering OKRs.
• Coordinate with other TPMs in the organization on cross-functional initiatives related to AI Infra customer onboarding and production support priorities.
