What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a player-coach, supporting a team of Tech Ops Payments Analysts. You will utilize data to guide people management strategies and enhance team productivity, ensuring that your team meets its operational goals. You will be responsible for delivering weekly and monthly business metrics and reporting, which will require collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to drive results. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work to bridge data gaps and develop workflows that enhance efficiency in payment processing.

You will also focus on optimizing payment performance and safeguarding Stripe against financial losses by enhancing authorization rates and preventing fraud. Your role will involve identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions that streamline processes. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment where your team can thrive and deliver exceptional results.
