Product Expert / Director, DeFi Products

Who you are

You have extensive experience in product management, particularly within the crypto or Web3 sectors, and a strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) products. Your background includes leading teams and projects that bridge centralized and decentralized finance, showcasing your ability to innovate and drive growth in a rapidly evolving market. You are data-driven, using insights to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and marketing, to execute successful product launches. Your leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and insights. You are passionate about the crypto space and stay updated on the latest trends and developments, ensuring that your strategies are always aligned with market demands.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi. You will lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating closely with business development teams and local market managers to ensure effective execution. Gathering user insights and identifying the latest trends in the crypto/Web3 industry will be crucial to positively influencing the product roadmap. You will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to various business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support growth and optimize products. Working efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams, you will develop effective growth strategies that align with the company's vision. Your role will also involve analyzing data and customer feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user experience.
