You have extensive experience in hardware engineering, particularly in display technologies, and have successfully guided complex programs through the development process. Your strong product and customer focus allows you to distill trade-offs into key factors that drive critical technology and product decisions. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with various teams to ensure quality and operational requirements are met. Your technical leadership skills enable you to champion calibration and test strategies effectively, ensuring that methodologies and measurement solutions are robust and reliable. You are adept at engaging in early stages of technology development, supporting prototyping, design validation, and simulation. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence define your approach to engineering challenges.
Experience in metrology development and design characterization is a plus, as is familiarity with imaging and sensing technologies across product lines. You are comfortable working with executive leadership and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
