Overview

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Amazon Partner Point Program in Japan. You'll be responsible for developing strategies that enhance customer experience and contribute to the growth of Amazon.co.jp. This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in leading programs that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Your ability to develop and implement strategic plans is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. You understand the importance of aligning product roadmaps with business objectives and have experience in conducting regular business reviews to assess progress and adapt strategies as needed. You are comfortable working in a global environment and can effectively collaborate with teams across different regions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product management for the Amazon Partner Point Program, focusing on its strategic development and execution. You will be responsible for envisioning how this program can contribute to Amazon's overall success, developing comprehensive strategies and product roadmaps that align with business goals. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders, including global product management and tech teams, to ensure that the program meets customer needs and enhances their experience. Regular business reviews will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to assess the program's impact and make necessary adjustments.
