Appian is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and manage the growth of their French sales team. You'll be responsible for achieving booking targets and mentoring team members. This role requires strong leadership and sales management experience.
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, ideally with 5+ years of experience managing teams and driving revenue growth. Your ability to set high standards and hold yourself and your team accountable is key to your success. You thrive in a results-driven environment and are passionate about mentoring and coaching your team members to achieve their full potential.
Your experience includes defining sales territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts. You understand the customer relationship lifecycle and are skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders. As the Regional Vice President, you will lead all sales activities for the French sales team.
