Esri is seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts across multiple sales teams. You'll leverage data-driven insights and critical thinking to identify and engage executive-level candidates. This role requires a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and relationship management.
You are a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive-level candidates. With a strong focus on driving recruitment efforts across multiple sales teams, you take action and are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights and critical thinking. Your deep understanding of talent market dynamics allows you to source talent effectively in various geographical markets simultaneously. You are customer-focused and comfortable adapting to change, as our business development teams are constantly evolving.
You have experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process and are skilled at creating and executing unique sourcing strategies to find professionals across a variety of roles within the sales organization. Building solid relationships with sales leadership teams is second nature to you, and you serve as a talent partner throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts for our growing Global Business Development Division. You will partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a plan to meet goals while delivering quality and timely results. Your responsibilities will include consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through initiatives such as branding, sourcing, and referrals. You will foster relationships with sales leadership teams, managing candidates in process and providing them with a positive experience.
You will also be responsible for adapting your strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business development teams, ensuring that you remain aligned with their objectives. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively with key stakeholders will be crucial in driving recruitment success. You will leverage data-driven insights to inform your strategies and continuously improve the recruitment process.
